THE BORING STUFF:
You hold your BE (or recognised equivalent) and have at least 8 years NZ Civil Engineering experience. Preferably, you hold your CPEng.
Your areas of expertise are Civil Engineering design - residential/commercial, Tender and Contract documentation preparation, construction inspection and supervision, and schedules and costs estimation. You autonomously direct proceedings for land development, civil infrastructure, construction and maintenance projects including for example aged care, supermarkets, and housing developments.
